Battel Hall Oast consists of the upper floor of a former oast house. Accessed via an external staircase, the property is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with sleeping accommodation in two
bedrooms. The large, well equipped country style family kitchen has fabulous views overlooking the parkland to the castle and across to the North Downs. Outside there is a seated courtyard area.
Guests receive free visitor year passes giving them unlimited access to Leeds Castle and grounds, with its spectacular
architecture and elegant interiors, beautiful gardens, aviary and falconry displays as well as a quirky dog collar museum, maze and grotto and Knights' Realm playground. A pay and play 9-hole golf course is also available on site. A free pass to the nearby Ramada Hotel Health Club including swimming pool and tennis courts is also provided.
Guests staying on the estate get the run of the grounds after the day visitors have departed. Looking across the moat to the floodlit castle as you enjoy a leisurely evening stroll, it's tempting to imagine the country estate is exclusively yours.
