Situated within the Northgate area of Canterbury, Lanfranc House is designed to blend in with its historic surroundings. This secluded complex of self catering flats and houses offers a comfortable stay for both individuals and groups within the wonderful cathedral city.
Within a 5 minute walk of the city centre and close to all transport routes, Lanfranc House is the perfect location for a short break or place to stay whilst visiting friends and family.
All bedrooms are let on an individual basis with the use of a shared kitchen and en suite bathroom facilities. The houses and flats range in size from 4 to 7 single bedrooms and we do have a number of twin bedrooms available as well.
The nightly rate includes the following benefits –
Within the bedroom – Linen, bath and hand towel, mini toiletries pack, complimentary tea and coffee on arrival
Shared kitchen – Fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towel and washing up liquid. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Other benefits - Secure parking (although very limited), coin operated laundry room, bicycle racks, 24 hour reception, securely gated complex with its own private courtyard, linen change every 4 days, bathroom cleaned daily

Parham Village
Situated on the outskirts of the city centre to the north east of Canterbury, Parham Village comprises of a variety of self catering houses and flats. Within a 15 minute walk from the city centre with its famous cathedral, shops and restaurants and centrally located within Kent for day excursions over the county, Parham Village offers both families and groups an ideal location for a break away.
Let on a weekly basis, the houses and flats range in size from 4 to 7 single bedrooms with the option of either shared or en suite bathroom facilities. We do also have a limited number of bedrooms with double beds.
The weekly rate includes the following benefits –
